Matt Sheffer, DDS

Dr Sheffer was born in Joplin, MO, and was raised in Baxter Springs, KS.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in Lawrence, KS, and a DDS from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, in Oklahoma City, OK.  After dental school he completed a one-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA, and then a four-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, OK.

When Dr Sheffer is not busy in the office or treating facial trauma patients at both of the local hospitals, he enjoys spending time with his family and teaching pharmacology at MSSU.
